NOTHING like a Coen Bros. movie...
Folks saying this reminded them of a Coen Bros. movie must not have seen any movies by the Coen Bros. This movie is very grounded in realism. The Coen Bros., even when telling a completely realistic story, film there movies in a surreal manner.
And yes, among the Best Picture nominees, this one is, by far, the best.
