it's funny, but sometimes seems out of place-- some of the songs in the pilot.

Especially the one in the closing credits.
Then I see Solange Knowles in the credits as music consultant. Ha! Jeez.

Could have sworn it was Iggy A in a couple of those songs.
Maybe the point was to get me to stay past the credits. If that's the case, then voila. Mission accomplished

Imdb erased 8 years worth of reviews and message board posts b/c my comments were too real. F IMDB!

It seems to me that music was a reflection of her character. She likes hip hop, (westcoast hip hop more so), she liked it at the club they went to. She also can be rather vulgar when talking with her friend. I listen to music like that but I don't go around saying p***y over and over either. She's pretty loose with the tongue so the music fits her.

I didn't mind it but I understand where you're coming from.
