Another season next year? - Better Late Than Never (2016) Discussion

I would think they might keep the same four leads simply because changing them possibly screws up what people like about the show.

I really hope they do season 2! Come on, such a funny and educational show about Asia, in only 4 episodes? That's not enough!

As for the cast, yeah, I say not only should the 4 present legends return, heck add a couple of more legends, maybe a grandma, to make stuff even funnier

Speaking of grandmas, how about Betty White? Can you imagine her with those guys traveling together? She may have more energy than all of them put together(LOL).

Well that settles it: Next season, all four legends with Betty White and another grandma celeb with that young dude, and they travel to India, Tibet China, and Siberia Russia, where on of them croaks (lol, oops, sorry.)

I'm adding another grandma to the list...Cloris Leachman(90 years old). Can you imagine her with the group standing next to a horse and saying, "I am Frau Blucher" and the horse winnies(LOL).

I would hope the same 4 guys. But the problem is -- where would they go? The best part is that Asian culture is SOOOO very different than ours, that that's what makes this so hilarious. I don't think the show would be as funny if they went to France and Italy.

The legends can visit China, India, sub Saharan Africa, or Amazon, Brazil and other South America locales, heck, they can visit Siberia and Russia in the winter, or Central Asia (former Soviet Republics like Turkmenistan or Kazhakstan )

Most excellent suggestions, persecuted!! Imagine them in India.. I'm an Amazing Race fan, and it's always my favorite episode when they go to India. The reactions of the contestants says so much about their character.

 Another Amazing Race fan here. This reminds me a bit of that show, and of some of Anthony Bourdain's adventures. But this is way funnier than Amazing Race, and more relatable, given the shape these guys are in! Loved seeing them huffing & puffing up those steps instead of sprinting.

It would be fun to see them in Scandinavia in the winter.

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.

I really do think season 2 should be made, with its high ratings and all. The only problem is the age of these living legends. I don't think they can do a 10 episode season without one or two of them dropping dead from overwork. So here's an idea.

Split two groups of legends up. One group in China, visiting Great Wall, Forbidden City, Panda forest, Tibet, etc., and then the other group in Siberia Russia, swimming w/polar bears, betting in trouble with Russian police.....and have these scenes back and forth for each episode. Then they go on to Turkey, Moscow's Kremlin, India, Turkmenistan......

Thus, a ten episode season then could be possible.

In addition to Fonz, Cap. Kirk, Bradshaw, Foreman, we can add Golden Girls grandma, Hanoi Jane Fonda, Martin Sheen, Gene Hackman, George Takei etc.....
