In my opinions the Preacher boards where some of the worst on IMDB with 70-80% of posts being hate towards the show to a point it got ridiculous but it seems we've shaken them of, fucking finally :D

By all means message boards should be nothing but blind praise. Everyone should agree with you as you goosestep along deciding who is allowed to make comments.

talk about misinterpreting a comment, im not saying all criticism should be punished, im just glad we can discuss the movie in peace with out constant attacks and comments like it was before

I think a lot of people were just butt hurt because it wasn't following the comic.

No, that's not entirely correct.

People were upset because the TV show wasn't following the comic...AND the new (prequel) storyline they came up with for season 1 was boring, mediocre, and totally unlike the tone and attitude that the comics had.

I see. Well to each their own I guess. I thought season 1 was fantastic. The premiere is what really hooked me.
