Excellent Movie

We went to see this today in the afternoon and we were surprised to find the theater completely packed. I didn't know a thing about this movie, it was my husband's pick. It was intense from the moment it started. We saw the 70mm print and I'm happy that we did. It's visually stunning. I especially loved the Spitfire dogfight scenes. My God, they were brilliantly done. Just beautiful. It was a happy surprise to see such a great cast: Mark Rylance (one of my favorites), Kenneth Branagh, Tom Hardy and Cillian Murphy. The entire cast was outstanding. It was tremendously realistic and because of this, I felt very emotional during the movie. I think it's the most realistic war movie I've ever seen. It really made me feel patriotic and grateful to all the people who have served in the military. I would highly recommend this movie. I think it's one of the best so far this year.
