The little ships arrive on the beach

Dunkirk film is packed with moving scenes. The one that got me was when the Kenneth Branagh character looks through his binoculars and sees the "little ships" arrive to pick the men up. Director Christopher Nolan puts it all together perfectly. The stirring music, the images of the vessels and the look on Branagh's face. This is miracle that the men have been waiting for. A nation has responded to the call to save these men. Loved it!If you are not moved by this, you must be an alien.

Btw, there is a near identical scene in the war film The Longest Day. The German officer on one of the beaches spots the scale of the Allied armada coming his way and s**ts himself, figuratively speaking.
