I haven't read the book yet.

Honestly, only if you want some sort of insight into the movie could I recommend this book. I'm someone who reads John Green, Thirteen Reasons Why, Recovery Road, and usually YA novels which have people dying, drug addictions, and things of that nature and this book is very G-rated in comparison. I mean, there is one or two things which may push it to PG-13 but for the most part, it is tame enough to be found in a Middle School library.

With all that said, despite being a bit more appropriate for young audiences, I found it very quotable like the novels I'm used to and I did find the relationship between Olly and Maddy to be written as quite cute. I won't say much more though out of fear of spoiling the book.
