I was born in 1983 which means every sitcom that I ever saw on TV had a laugh track to it. The sound is so ingrained in my psyche that I don't even notice it when I'm watching The Ranch. I can't believe so many people are thrown offsides because of it LOL.

shareThey need to get rid of the laugh track. Part of the reason I loved The Office is because there were no laugh tracks at all.

shareI grew up in the laugh track era as well but just because we grew up with it doesn't mean it needs to be a thing. I remember watching this and hearing the awful laugh track and thinking to myself you know this show would be 10 times better without it and I still think the same thing. I can overlook the laugh track that's not a problem but does not mean I think it should still be used.

For the umpteenth time, it's not a laugh track. The Ranch is filmed with a live studio audience.

Tv shows add laughs from other bits that the audience laughed at.
I watched the first 10 mins and it's nigh on impossible that was the audiences live reaction unless they were pumping something into the studio.
