Noah is not in love with Isabel and She know this. Why would a woman want to marry a man that doesn't love her. What Gigi and Noah have is real and you can't hide that. I'm not saying it was right but you have to fight for the one you love. Many people put up this fake facade. Noah was doing it too because it look good but deep down his heart was with Gigi. The way he look at GIGi is deep love, he look at Isabel like a friend or out of conscience. He didn't love her.
