Isabel's great and all, but I'd like to see how it plays out if Noah chooses Grace—especially if he doesn't even cancel the weddng and just marries her instead.

The thought of those two hooking up crossed my mind early in the episode. It was kind of inevitable.
Affairs are common and tacky. This calls for high drama. I hope they go the jilted route with Noah and Grace remaining a couple out in the open and having to deal with everyone's side-eye and shade. I want to see Mae get so plucked she detonates like a party favor.
If he gets married, him and his wife is supposed to be moving away which could possibly happen since the actors are recurring even if the wedding does get cancelled and they continue on it still may not be end game.

I doubt the writers would take it that far, and then let Noah and Isabel move away. I think they're not going anywhere, and especially now that that guy got killed right in front of the church. Remember that Noah is head of security?

Yeah but it doesn't mean he'll stay. He's the head of security not the owner of the church so he's not obligated to stay at all. With a recurring character it can go either way and you can't count on them sticking around.

Ravmelt has a point. If Noah was leaving, I doubt they would have taken it to that level with them sleeping together. He maybe recurring this season, but maybe next season he might be a regular. In any event, now that he's slept with Grace, I don't see him going anywhere.
