Rover?
Only seen episode 1 so far. How did the big rover get to Mars before them? Did I miss that?

shareYeah, they covered that - kind of spottily - through the first episode, stating that there would need to be so many support systems and facilities already in place that several missions would have been sent unmanned to pre-deploy those systems and supplies to be waiting for the manned mission.
