So they are running out of oxygen because of various reasons.
What did they pressurize the dome with? I'm presuming breathable atmosphere that was contained in what? A giant, one-time-use tank?

I guess they did use electrolysis to create oxygen from the water, only 100% oxygen would not be safe.

Those gasses other than O2 have to come from somewhere other than ice.

So yes, they Probably had a one time use high pressure containe of nitrogen / air mixture (without the o2)
