In episode 2 (or maybe 3), when there was a fire in the laboratory, and Hana broke the window with an axe to depressurize the lab and extinguish the fire, how did she get back in the habitat?

Someone would have had to use the 3D printer to fabricate a new window, go outside, and install it before Hana could re-pressurize the lab, right?

This problem was never addressed. Fire ended one episode, then in the next episode, all was OK. Magic.

Could she have gotten out the window and found an entrance? Or blocked the window sufficiently to seal the lab enough to open the door to the inner dome?

She would have to go back and seal the window somehow, (probably with materials available in the lab that were not burned) so that the lab could be pressurized again and return to normal.
