does the dialogue ever stop being exposition?

Watching episode one and its already intolerable. Everything is exposition. Explaining what is happening explaining how difficult things are explaining what things mean. Yet this is supposed to be dialogue between people who have trained for this mission for years. Its absolutely awful.

When its not exposition its lofty over the top cheesy narration.

Unfortunately, no. It's horribly written. I've seen better from 14 year olds.

If you are hearing narration you probably have the secondary audio program (SAP) activated on your TV. The show's SAP channel contains video description.

No. The characters' conversations are literally expository. We are told every single thing instead of watching it happen.

reply

Unfortunately no. It never does.
