Really confused by the one scene (spoilers)

Where they were down in the London underground, and just figured out Walker was the bad guy. The have Sloane on the phone, who let's Walker know the jig is up. Then the military shows up, and Sloane's like, "Yeah, they're with me. Deal with it." Shooting ensues (where it's real difficult to tell who's shooting at who). Afterward, it seemed like the military was on Walker's side, which made you think that Sloane was on his side too.
Then at the end, Sloane is back with them again.

Despite all the confusion, it was a nice touch to have Alec Baldwin die. I could watch that scene over and over.

Yeah, this one didn't take care to keep the making-of-sense well polished. That and the often poor script were my only complaints in this. An A+ action film that has some thin, C grade writing.
Still enjoyed it though.

I don't understand what's unclear about that? If some CIA agents are actually the Apostles, it doesn't mean that Sloane is aware of it or is in on it.

So it's possible that besides Walker, other agents in the CIA are compromised too.

So it is possible some of them are bad people, unbeknownst to Sloane. However, the curious thing is how did Cavill know his guys would be in that assault team when he didn't even know her guys would be there.

Still, barring that, it was one awesome movie
