At this moment...

I have no hate for either DC or Marvel. They both have some great characters, and some pretty awful ones.

But, "At this moment", Marvel have made the better Live-action films, but, DC's animated films are better.

This is of course, a smidge of a generality (yes, I'm aware you shouldn't generalise).
I make this statement as an "Overall" quality standard, not just writing or production value.

A couple of examples of good and bad from both camps;
Good films; Avengers, Captain America: WS, JL: Doom and JL; Flashpoint Paradox.

Bad films; Hulk(S), Ant-man, JL: New frontier and Superman: Brainiac Attacks.

This is by no means a comprehensive list, its just my opinion (which I'm prepared to get a little flak).

By all means, agree/disagree and/or give your opinion.

Also inform me of any film that might be of interest.

(TV shows, I think are up in the air).

Ant-Man was not a bad film...

They could have picked a better comic to make into a movie. That simple it is for me. You don't needed all these villains...Firefly, Mad Hatter(Tetch), other techn guy, black mask etc etc , penguin only for like 2seconds....If you got a good story you tell it...if you don't have a good story you try to make it great with lots of bad guys....

I was actually a little bit hoping that Ant-Man would kind of fail before seeing it, but it ended up being my 3rd favorite Marvel film behind Iron Man and Captain America Winter Soldier. Other than Hulk vs and maybe Planet Hulk pretty much all Marvel's other animated films were below average. Out of all the comic book films I put The Dark Knight Trilogy on top of them all. I enjoy most live action Marvel films and DC animated films, but I usually watch the DC films almost twice as often as the Marvel films, I never get tired of them.
