question about dream sequence

when batman is "dreaming" that he is having a foursome with those women
and then he sees his parents die
then he's underwater, nightwing pulls him down
the alfred/gordon
then there's robin and some guy with what appears to be a bald head and ponytail? and another person in the back

who are those 2 people supposed to be? pulling him down in his dream everyone else is very personally connected to batman

I'll have to take a look at that scene again, but was Ra's al Ghul perhaps one of them?

EDIT: So someone on another site said he recalled Thomas & Martha Wayne, Jim Gordon, Robin, Nightwing, Ra's, and Alfred being featured in that sequence.
