I think I've seen her in something before, but couldn't find it listed in credits.

Her name is Brooke Jaye Taylor. She's listed in the IMDb credits as "Wife".

No that's not her. The actress is playing a wife in a episode that hasn't aired yet and she looks nothing like the actress who played Daphne.

The mystery continues...lol!

She reminds me a bit of the actress who played Dolores Umbridge on Harry Potter (Imelda Staunton).

Excellent work! Not to fault IMBD but several characters/actors names are missing from cast in first & second episodes. I would imagine it takes some time to completely compile.
