Can someone explain answers behind the housewife in Ep 1?

Spoiler question!!

I just watched Ep 1 and really like the show.
Do we find out in other episodes why the husband wanted his wife killed? I've googled for spoiler answers and can't find anything. Thanks

I think they left that open ended for a future episode. Or since it was just a pilot they're just trying set the stage for what Javier does and we just assume that the housewife did something bad and we move on to the next episode.
