Tiny Captions

The Spanish to English translation captions for this episode of the show were small and not onscreen quite long enough. Some folks are fortunate enough to be looking at GIANT TV's in Super HD. But others like me will watch what was, only a few years ago, considered a GIANT TV. (43" would have been a massive CRT!
So..... we plod along, lucky to have the worlds best invention ?The DVR?! We back up & pause the show so we can squint at the screen and figure out the tiny caption AND the images of words on smartphones. The later is usually not successful. ||Spouse: "Who was that call from?" |||Me: "I dunno." ||Ball&Chain: "What's that Text say?" |||Me: "Can't see it." At this point it becomes a science project as we anylize the DAMN smartphone image as if it was a dead language on papyrus leaves or a stone tablet or some *beep*
Please, 'Good Behavior' show runners, show joggers, and show saunterers: Can you push the Camera IN just a little bit? ..... ..... ..... ..... Thank You in advance ..... ..... ..... ..... Buddy Self ..... ..... (I expect this message to rock the industry and these issues to be resolved by late January) ..... Yeah, right!!!!! ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... = ) ..... .....

BTW: My wife and I really like this show! That wasn't apparent in my first message. It's got a new twist on the Bad Guys We Like genre!

Totally agree on the captions and smart phone captures. Never considered your point that these might be done only with people who have big-screen TVs in mind. Of course, even before smart phones, I always disliked it when shows and movies focus in on written notes, which are usually hard to read.

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.
