Just keeps getting worse

First it was the idolization of everything that should be avoided such as drugs, drinking and stealing then it was the villainizing of people who try to help and do good. they both criticize the security guy at the store for being racist but then portray Rob as a common redneck in the same episode. You can't call out somebody as being racist on one hand and then condone the actions of another on the other hand.

Ya know, it would help clarify why you think "Just keeps getting worse." Is it the show in general, the writing, the actors performances, etc. If you don't have a specific point in mind, then your post is a generalization, so why are you on this Board if you think it's getting worse? Leave this space for those of us whom discuss the show because we love it.

EDIT: it would help IF YOU clarify

It's a TV show, bosscain. The writers can do what they want. Actually, that segment of the episode, as in each episode thus far, is true to the characters. I see each episode as a progression of Letty's addictions and self-distruction as growth toward redemption, IMO.

So, do you like the show? If so, what is your favorite episode? Mine “Beautiful Things Deserve Beautiful Things,”

This show is a mixed bag, some good episodes and some I could do without. I originally started watching this show since I had nothing else at the time. Beautiful things deserve beautiful things was a good episode but this show needs to choose what it is. Is it a thriller with clever and elaborate tricks or is it a reality based drama meant to show the harshness of everyday life. The two do not intertwine. Imagine if you were watching a fast paced action movie where the main character robs a bank and was being chased by the police and in the middle of all the action this main character just sits down and starts to cry talking about how their dog was killed back when they were 5 years old. This would ruin the movie for 95% percent of the general populace.

Nope. No, it really doesn't. Just because you prefer something to fall into one category only to make you feel safer watching it doesn't mean they "need" to agree with you.

Other people prefer their tv or movies with a little more than one thing.

This would ruin the movie for 95% percent of the general populace.

Heh I just love how people like you always feel the need to assume that everyone else thinks the way they do about everything.
