Will he end up in jail? Somehow he must stay out with Letty , but how? Otherwise, the whole show changes
The show hasn't been renewed yet. It's hard to see where the story can go. It may have self destructed in E9.

shareThe one way out I posted last week in a different thread is rather cheesy, and would be complicated, is this. Well, really two ways, both of which involve the FBI giving up pursuing Javier. One is to make them think the Philanthropist is someone else, and the other is to make them think the Philanthropist is dead.
The complication that would be left is that the FBI knows that Letty knows who the Philanthropist is, and so even if they think he might be dead, or is someone else, they will keep tabs on Letty, which to Javier makes her very risky to associate/be with. That I don't see a sensible resolution for. But it is possible for Javier to get away.
Another possibility is just too cheesy to really consider, that being some sort of life on the run. Imo that just transforms the show to one about a guilty fugitive.
