"It's a long way from downtown abby"
Thankfully!
shareJust seeing the previews and the trailers, reading the comments as well as the language one commenter remarked on being used on this show, I have never even been tempted to watch it. Too much of this garbage on the streets.
I am sorry to see Michelle Dockery playing gutter trash.
I preferred Downton Abbey.
I could be a morning person if morning happened at noon.
Apparently the script was written with her in mind.
I think it was a smart choice for Michelle to take this role. It will show her range as an actress as well as prevent the possibility of typecasting in future.
I couldn't agree more that "Good Behavior" is miles apart from "DA". (the best, most revered series I've ever seen.) I'm not sure I like Michelle in such a nefarious role. This gal, "Letty" is the biggest fxxk-up since Bonnie Parker. But remember, Michelle is an actress and she's showing her range, which was a challenge having portrayed an elegant, early-twentieth century British Lady, which was seen around the world for some six years. Michelle, in my opinion, has dispelled any type-cast image and before long, she'll be considered a peer to Meryl Streep and Kate Winslet,et.al. She'll be on that stage in Hollywood receiving that "Oscar".
Who you gonna believe, me or you ly'n eyes.
Je vous tout!

This was a perfect project for Michelle post-DA. She could have easily been typecast, but this is such a departure that it's a great showcase for her range as an actress.
shareI couldn't agree more with all the posters who stated that Michelle taking on this role after Downton Abbey was a brilliant (WISE!) career move.
She could have been hopelessly typecast as Lady Mary for the rest of her career & never been able to show just how accomplished an actress she really is.
She jokes that she was just looking for another job after Downton ended, but I believe she is a wise lady and knew that she had to go FAR AWAY from the world of Downton Abbey in her next project.
And she did, and she is fabulous.
Don't f@ck with me fellas! This aint my first time at the rodeo.
that's exactly what I thought. it's like being so limited and sheltered and oppressed with everything on downton abbey made her have to be on the most sexually explicit and adult ideas show that she could be on.
