Are they making more?
Just curious if they've made more or if this is the only one? Even though it's not as good as the original, I enjoyed watching it.

You should look into the 3 1/2 hour 1985 version. And then it's sequel. Is it possible you are not familiar with it?

I have seen the 1985 and 1934 versions -- and still found this latest Canadian version well worthwhile. I especially admired the shining presence of Anne Ballentine in the lead role. All the criticisms on this page directed at her are so wrongly directed and superficial... wrong color hair, fake freckles... whine, whine.
