A top heavy bot with a narrow base that not only can be knocked over easily, it will usually tip itself over using its own weapon. Knowing this, the judges don't hand out points for knocking Chomp over. When times runs out the judges take everything into account, assume Chomp didn't take any serious damage (it spends half the fight on its side anyways, like it's a stance) but dealt plenty of direct hits with the hammer to win the match.

Interesting point. If it's knocking itself over most of the time, why give points to the opponent for doing it. Would you even be able to tell what caused it in the middle of all the action.

at least points should be lost..

but i guess 3 hits of aggression count for more than a bot being constantly pushed around and unable to do anything but 'spazz' out when failing to self right..

i think biteforce should call for a rematch, i'm pretty sure we've had matches where control was the key factor in a win but that might of been because neither bot had weapons..

Control was definitely a key factor in the Comedy Central days of wedge vs wedge. ABC wants sparks and parts to fly, so the primary weapon rules change the game entirely.

Red Devil vs Bombshell, Bombshell lost the use of its weapon and Red Devil never used its weapon. Bombshell controlled the fight and it won. So if neither bots uses its primary weapon then the win goes to the one that controlled the fight. But if only one uses their weapon then they will get the win

Too bad that goofy chick with the purple shirt is the one they always stick in front of the camera. Her idiotic grin and stupid hair is annoying. She looks like she went to sleep with gum in her mouth and it got wrapped in her hair overnight then her mom chopped it all off.
