After watching it once and not liking, I'm watching it a second time to see if it was my mood that impacted the debut. (I'm just past) The theme song is idiotic and a lame Kindergarten's macaroni owl on construction paper fail!
shareThe theme song reminded me of the earliest days of MTV — when the network actually played videos and was known as Music Television. I've read that the first video played on MTV was, "Video Killed the Radio Star" by The Buggles, and that it was a quite lightweight song.
"Let's Go Make Some Videos . . ." is not too bad as themes go for clearly lightweight, escapist television for tweens. I'm not part of the 7-13 demographic and won't give Bizaardvark more than a cursory glance, but after seeing the premiere I know the demographic group will enjoy it.

It's still a masterpiece compared to Austin & Ally and Best Friends Whenever's theme songs.

But it's also a masterpiece compared to Bella and the Bulldogs' theme song. That show's theme song sounds like one of those kiddie songs that's a hit with 1st grade girls.
