What is the actress's name who plays Chloe?

I think that's the characters name - the woman Eddie runs into at the beach who he knew when he was younger. Anyone know the actress's name?

I was going to be snarky (something along the lines of "if only someone would create an online database for these types of questions.") but not only does IMDB not list her, she's not in the credits of the show itself. If I were that actress, I would be pretty angry.
