I read the book many years ago and really enjoyed it.
I don't think the movie did justice to the book but it was still very entertaining.
It was a good book. The movie was made more for thrills than story.

The movies never do Justice to the Novel and if I recall correctly, the Novel was bloodier than the movie. I just can't figure out the mindset of the studio making this wanting the least body count possible like this movie?? MEG 2: The TRENCH was worse
