Open Road Films was the distributor of 'Best Picture' winner "Spotlight".

And they released "Snowden" this year.

They seem to know how to handle serious material like this.

I bet there will be protests by Turkish groups & stuff...

Exciting 

Stoked. Can't wait to see it.

How does this film have nearly 100k ratings already? Is it part of the protest?

Yes, it is.

There were over 60.000 of 1/10 votes after only 3 screenings in Toronto,
so it's an organized effort to down-vote this.

But it's probably not real people.

The Turkish secret service uses 'Social Bots' according to some sources.

Fake votes.

I wouldn't be surprised if a whole bunch of those actually are real people. Turkish people have again and again proved with their brainwashed sheep behaviour that they are lost in their chauvistic fascism.

In either case, they are actually doing this movie a favour by giving it this attention. So Kudos to them.

Edit:

I also saw on several turkish forums how there were threads and posts told their users to go here and other places and vote down this movie. So its a community effort, good ol' fascists.

Let's see how many protesters will show up at the cinemas when the movie is released:

Then we will see how much of a "community" it really is.
