A 70 year old serial killer?

This is a fantastic series (apart from the TV show with its crap first season and mediocre second) but isn’t Jarratt a bit too old for this shit?

Even in TV Season 2 he reeked of ‘back trouble’.

The fact that Greg McLean was involved with the TV show is a cause for concern - how could he allow that crap?

Hopefully he’s had enough time to knock out a decent script and with some movie magic they can make Jarratt still look intimidating. Also, he’d better not soften the content to appeal to wokies - Mick is scary because he’s a serial rapist, torturer, mutilator, murderer - you can’t compromise on that.

That said, it’d be pretty funny if he’s about to go to town on some backpackers who he has captured like flies… then suddenly keels over from a heart attack.
