This looks like the creepy asylum movie follow up to Shutter Island that we've all been waiting for.

Totally agree. Cinematography is top notch, and the story looks very enticing. Mysterious. They aren't giving too much away.

Just watched a clip and came here to say the same thing. Whoever's responsible for the cinematography is amazingly talented! I will be watching this no matter what just for this!
