shareI went at 7:30 TONIGHT. The theater was more than half full. Missed the trailers. The audience clapped at the end. It was really good and very funny.

The audience laughed throughout, especially at the minister's scene and the scene when the manhunt is first announced. I enjoyed the movie. It's very funny and well-written, and has a very quirky, Wes Anderson-like feeling to it. My only criticism would be that the pacing was a bit uneven, and the scenes involving the Sam character felt fairly anti-climatic. Other than that, though, it's a very enjoyable time at the movies. Recommended. 7.5/10
We went to a 7:00 Friday night showing, cinema was about 1/2 full.
There were trailers. I couldn't tell you what, none of it appealed enough to stick.
Audience reaction was very positive, gasps & laughs where appropriate and applause during the credits.
Post-screening, we had a Skype Q&A with Sam Neill, which was quite lovely.
Oakville, July 18, 5 o'clock show, we were the only two people in the audience.
shareLater showing, about 9:45 or so and theater was less than half full, but it rarely fills up as this is kind of an "artsy" theater that specializes in independent and off-beat films. Audience, particularly the girl I was with, seemed to really like it.

Missed the other two
Went at 2:30 on Saturday July 23rd...there was about a dozen other people in the theater aside from my gf and myself. The other 12 people were all 50-70 years old. Everyone laughed a lot throughout the movie.
