Sick of all the Hollywood rubbish. This was funny and sad all at the same time just like life. Excellent acting, beautifully shot and great soundtrack. That boys performance deserves a lot of recognition.

The tone was perfectly judged.
I rate it as the best film I saw this summer and it is the only one I recommended that others should see. It is very slowly growing legs. When I first saw it and came here, there were almost no posts about it. A few months later, it is *still* playing at the local indie cinema and there is much more discussion about it. I would like to think it has a shot at an academy award or two.
