I was born in the late 80's so I missed the ape of Dice back then. When I did rematch his comedy I never really got into it and wrote it off. I preferred guys like kennison and hicks. However once i realized that dice is just playing a character and is actually a brilliant fkn actor I fell in love. He crushes acting roles in blue velvet, vinyl and this. He's a brilliant guy and seems charming. This should be another curb your enthusiasm.
shareBack in the day he was good for a chuckle, some X-rated comedy you would
not find anywhere else. A 5 minute diversion and I guess he made a good living
at it, which he blew apparently. But now he has reinvented his character and
life into something pretty funny and good dramatically. I was looking for more
episodes at the end of season 1. There was at least one very funny moment in
each episode. I got a klck out of this show, but then I did watch it for free on
NetFlix or Amazon ... or whatever ... I forget. I probably would not pay for this,
especially since it is so short, but it was high quality comedy in my opinion,
much better than I expected, and worth watching.
He's awesome. You'll find the same self righteous sissies crying and bitching about this show that cry and bitch about 2 Broke Girls and Married With Children
*All they make are unwatchable movies from unreadable books.
