Patty's profanity and conduct in court

A good episode. Possible spoilers below.

I was taken aback by Patty's profanity and general conduct in court. She (and Billy) are suing a rich and ruthless man.

She calls the defendant's attorney "dum dum" and later tells him to "eat a bag of dicks". The second comment was whispered but it might have been heard by the jury.

When the case is decided in her favor she says "Get the f___k outta here" with a big smile on her face.

Was this realistic? She seemed out of order. I also found the judges demeanor and comments to be questionable.

This is not a criticism of the actresses that portrayed Patty and the judge. I question the writing most of all.
