...it would have been this one, no? All the way down to casting Steve Buscemi.

About twenty minutes into watching this I had similar thoughts. I had to go back and check the cast list to see if this was indeed a Coen brothers movie. Very well could have been. The same kind of off the wall movie the brothers like to make.
