ANy good? Wife is a great Grey's fan. Myself, not so much. Is this show over the top like Greys?

I think Med is better, it is more realistic and less soap opera like Grey, more like ER.

It gets a bit melodramatic, but it is more grounded than Grey's Anatomy. It's a good drama although some of the relationship stuff gets tiresome.
