Fox has moved this film from the competitive summer to a better and safer October 6, 2017

I wouldn't be surprised if there is an announcement that Blade Runner: 2049 now moves to an August release because Covenant has moved up.

True, I guess. Now, June 16th day is Cars and Tupac biopic now...wonder how those going to do...

There will be shooting added scenes next month with Berry, Tatum and Bridges for a possible Statesman spinoff.
This was the main reason for the date change.
