shareAt this point, it's only showing in 5 theaters, according to Box Office Mojo; it won't open out until later this week (apparently Thursday, unusually enough).
Sparsely attended in a Manhattan theater. Maybe about a dozen people. They weren't exactly wowed. A couple of people sitting next to me laughed at the judge's Santa Claus red robes in one scene. LOL
shareI saw it this morning at 9:40. 30 people in attendance, which is an excellent turnout for Wednesday morning at a small, local theater that is generally sparsely attended.
The only trailers shown were Inferno and Jack Reacher: Never Go Back.
The audience was silent throughout. I liked it. It's not perfect and does have a bit of a 'TV movie' feel to it, but it's well-made and presents an interesting depiction of a very important subject. 7.5/10
"Crowd Reports"??
According to Box Office Mojo this movie is being shown is 684 theatres and has taken in a little over $1,000,000.
No, no crowd for this flick.
I think this well has run dry!
The cow ain't got no more milk!
It's ovah!
People have Jewish suffering fatigue.
Well, to state the flippin' obvious, the movie only opened out to 600 screens yesterday, having been on under a hundred screens before that, and the Boxofficemojo number you cite is only up to last Thursday. Whoops!
What is it about Holocaust deniers and dishonest numbers?
Went today 10/23) Sunday - at 1:45. Only about 40+ in attendance. The only trailer - which had started right before we got there was for the movie (Loving) about a mixed race couple who were married in Virginia in 1958. Apparently they went to prison. Looks good.
