No, the movie isn't about women hating men. It's about putting a stop to free speech, as well as trying to put out a forum that rejects actual criticism and debate. It is to seem like putting an end to evil, but that is just its facade. It's a fight that tries to land as many blows without having to be responsible for one's own actions - the action of the woman. If the woman whom had to defend herself had taken the time to talk to the person whom filed an action against her, instead of denying the guy a right to be considered...but in a perfect world people would communicate like adults instead of hiding behind their hatred. Much like trolls on a forum whom only consider calling others names instead of actually talking with them.
I haven't seen the movie, but I've seen a documentary on the trial. I'm going to wait to rent it.
Denying an historical event doesn't mean approving it even if it indeed happened...
