Could somebody please provide a full transcript of the verdict?

A serious question deserves a serious answer.

The whole verdict is in the form of a long written document, which you can read directly from the UK's court document system:
http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/QB/2000/115.html
This is exactly the document Lipstadt waves and points to in the press conference scene. In 2000, if I'm remembering it right, Justice Gray read out the final two sections, XIII and XIV. Section XIV is only one sentence long: "14.1 It follows that there must be judgment for the Defendants." This took several hours to do, and Lipstadt describes in her book the racist loser Irving sinking ever lower in his seat, ever redder-faced, in the process.

The part the judge reads in the movie, according to the script:

It appears to me that the correct and inevitable inference must be that the falsification of the historical record was deliberate and that Irving was motivated by a desire to present events in a manner consistent with his own ideological beliefs even if that involved distortion and manipulation of historical evidence. In the result therefore, the defence of justification succeeds. The court finds for the defence.

The whole paragraph from the written judgment goes like this:
13.163 Having reviewed what appear to me to be the relevant considerations, I return to the issue which I defined in paragraph 13.138 above. I find myself unable to accept Irving's contention that his falsification of the historical record is the product of innocent error or misinterpretation or incompetence on his part. When account is taken of all the considerations set out in paragraphs 13.140 to 13.161 above, it appears to me that the correct and inevitable inference must be that for the most part the falsification of the historical record was deliberate and that Irving was motivated by a desire to present events in a manner consistent with his own ideological beliefs even if that involved distortion and manipulation of historical evidence.
