Peter Quayle going full retard in Ep 7...

After his failure as strategy director once the mole was discovered (wife) he goes on a drunken tirade and ousts her with his findings. How much of a failure can he get? That episode made me rage after no steps were taken to make sure she would reveal her accomplices, have her placed on watch by agents and Howard himself (HIS JOB) ready to spring into action once she left the house, bugged and/or GPS tracked. Instead we get the correctly guessed first accused answer from Aldrich which was it was Quayle all this time leading me to believe he's going turn or get turned due to his distraught emotional state and again, uselessness of his position as strategy director.
