The only scenes that are reminiscent of Extras for me are those where two people have a conversation while getting lunch from some on-set catering. Even then it's just the setting, rather than the script.
It seems more likely that any similarities are actually derived from Seinfeld. The writing in Extras was heavily inspired by Seinfeld, and Master of None seems to take a lot of its style from it also (take the subpolt of the guy masturbating on the subway, swap Dev and Denise for Jerry and Elaine, and you've got a Seinfeld deleted scene).
In fact, as this TV Tropes article points out, almost every sitcom since has taken leads from Seinfeld:
