It does suck for her but since they decided against killing off Brian, Mia really has no place given the story they gave for his exit from the team.

She's pretty much a stay-at-home mom at this point. And with Brian out of the picture there's not much of a place for her other than Dom calling to check up on her.



What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

If Brian is going to mentioned in fast 8 i think a phone call would be better

or maybe a phone call between Mia and Dom

Dom asking how's the family doing with Dom joking how's the buster coping with the kids with Mia looking over her shoulder towards the kitchen window looking at Brian playing with the kids in the garden
