The FNF serie was over as soon as they removed the car racing

Where is the car racing in these films??

In FNF8 it looks like they've stopped using MANUAL TRANSMISSION

Fast 5 ruined this franchise, after watching that turd i was so pissed!!

They removed all the car racing and abandoned the true FNF fans in favor of sheep Transformers fan and money...A disgrace. The fake fans started liking this franchise at Fast 5 this is the truth.

Yes this one has a lot of cars but thats not the point, semi-auto or automatic transmission is GARBAGE, FNF8 looks like it has cars but not much car racing. Most new car suck these days people don't know how to drive like a man should and that is with a MANUAL TRANSMISSION. Again, FNF8 has shiny car with crappy semi-auto / automatic transmission. Pathetic.

1. First drag race of the film where Brian lost his green eclipse. Other mini races followed in race wars.

2. First drag of the movie where Brian won in his skyline. Also the 2-2 "tag-team race" where Brian and Roman won the Yenko and Hemme.

3. All about racing. The first race of the movie in where Shaun gets deported to Tokyo, then all the "drift" races afterwards, followed by the final race down the mountain. Ending cameo by Dom - a race Dom wins which we don't see

4. Main race of the film where Dom cheats - and Brian therefore frames another race winner to be employed by Brafaga

5. Police car drift

6. Dom vs Letty

7. Letty - race wars.

8. Yet to see. But it's almost certain that a race of some sort will take place - even if it's not a major part of the movie.

I heard it was supposed to take place in Havana, Cuba but I can't be sure.

Whatever you are, be a good one.

I heard New York and the North Pole (sub-marine scene). We'll see in due course though.

Well, not necessarily. It just expanded. If it stayed simply about racing, it would've stalled out, gotten redundant and not have the fanbase or box-office power it has today. To be fair, the racing aspect is still incorporated here and there; it's not like it's been removed completely, it's just not the centerpiece like it used to be. Incorporating a lot of the heist/team mission aspects-- and going all in and being self-aware regarding its ridiculousness-- is what the made the series fresh and put it on an upward trajectory, or at least that's how I look at the whole scenario.

Logan, buddy. It's me, Deadpool! I shot youuuuuu....
