If you are gifted...[spoiler]
If you are gifted (or cursed) with such ability, you won't waste more than a decade to realize that you are supposed to help others. Olivia Thirlby's character is too old for this story. If the filmmaker has balls, a 15 years "Mathilda" type precocious teenager would be an excellent match. Of course, that means no physical romance between her and the MMA fighter. But, in my opinion, their spiritual bond would be much better than their pity sex.
