Someone in one of these threads (I believe) said "Taboo" and another show (Something "Peepers" ? ) was similar and better. I've watched about 4 episodes of "Taboo" and can't get into it - too slow for me. Does anyone know the title of the one with 'peepers' - or something else they recommend?

shareJust watched Season 1 of PEAKY BLINDERS. Took a while for me to catch on as they set up the story and characters, but then it got really good with episode 4 (which also had a change of directors, and the pace seemed to speed up with him). Glad I found it.
Taboo - still 'ehhh'. Watched another slooooooow episode. Only one season and I'm struggling through it.
