Season 3 was pure woke trash, basically killed the show And like a Phoenix rising from the ashes
Season 4 came back with a bang
I love it and I give it 9.6/10 ⭐

I don't get this sudden burst of love for Season 4 as if it was the greatest thing ever and somehow redeemed season 3 problems.

It doesn't redeem season 3 problems but it does tell a very good (intellectually written) and entertaining story..

It was a definite improvement on S3 although there were still issues. The Hopper storyline went on and El being analysed in a lab had already become tedious by S1 so to return to it just made it more dull. What made this one an improvement mainly was the foe, and there being higher stakes involved, even if they were too afraid to kill off any main characters.
