They get progressively worse as they go on. Each is essentially a rehash of the previous.
shareI know everybody says the show got worse as the seasons went on, but I found stuff to enjoy in all three. I do think the first season was the strongest, just for the fact that the whole concept was still fresh and new.
shareI don't remember the differences between each anymore. I can recall major plot points, but this show comes out every 2 years I kinda forgot about it.
sharesaw the end last night and I would say 1 , 2 and 3 last but now have to find other shows to watch I might try fringe out as not seen this before. but I liked all seasons of this. and will season 4 be around the 90s now?
shareFringe was a tremendous show until the last season went off on a tangent, following up on an episode which would have been better served left as a standalone. A bit like if they made an entire season of Stranger Things based on that terrible Eleven's trip to NY (or wherever it was) episode.
But you've got to check out Dark if you like these kind of shows. Amazing.
Season 1 for sure. Season 2 has its highlights if not quite as magical and balanced. Season 3 is the worst by far on the messaging alone.
