Well this movie was actually his idea and is produced by him, as was Ted. And yes it's nice to have someone from the streets of Boston portraying someone from Boston. The accent? The mannerisms? They're not easy to do. That's why a lot of Boston movies may also feature Matt Damon or Ben Affleck.
